Behavioural Interviewing Training

This very hands-on behavioural interviewing training was created for internal HR teams, external recruiters and hiring managers who are experienced in running interviews but would like to adopt Behavioural based interviewing techniques.

BBI is a modern and effective method of conducting a job interview. It focuses on a candidate's observable skills and experience using the recognised principle that past and present behaviour is the best predictor of future performance.

Well conducted BBI is the ideal tool to select the best candidate for a particular position, mapping a candidate's personality and behavioural profile, assessing specific skills and competencies needed for the job - typically related to communication skills, collaboration and management style, among others.

By completing this training, participants will be able to create better job profiles and to effectively identify distinct hiring criteria when starting the selection process. They will understand the importance of evaluating candidates based on clear and objective criteria that assists them to benchmark candidates during the process or on the market. Participants will be able to hire the best individuals by using a systematic and objective process focusing on valid and reliable evidence and avoid costly hiring mistakes.

Training is typically 1-day in length and best accommodates teams of 5-12 participants. However, this can be adapted to your internal needs.
