Additionally, we will show you how to measure the overall candidate experience and how to identify the most relevant touch points of the candidate journey.

This course is very practical and will introduce different business case studies, it will also actively involve all participants in roleplays in order to experience their own candidate journey, so they are able to identify areas of improvement on their own.

Training is typically of 2 days in length and accommodates 6-15 participants. However, this can be adapted to your internal needs.
