Assessment Center
We design and coordinate Assessment Centres that assists in hiring the best team members based on multiple assessment methods and exercises evaluating a wide range of job-related skills, knowledge, interpersonal skills and competencies that coincide with a particular position.
Assessment Centres are an excellent tool of observing how people will behave in certain scenarios and real-life situations, therefore they are mostly used for selection processes on positions where behaviours and interpersonal skills might have higher importance rather then a theoretical knowledge or hard skills. Typically we focus on aspects such as oral and written communication, planning and decision making capabilities, reasoning and problem solving abilities, team collaboration, capability to lead and influence, among others.
Assessment Center can be used to assess small groups of people (4-15) at relatively the same time. By doing that, not only you get the benefit of observing the group interaction, you also have an immediate benchmark of your candidates and in cases of volume recruitment, you can choose more candidates within a single day. Multiple external and internal assessors evaluating candidate's performance will also guarantee the highest possible validity and reliability of the collected data.

Your AC would consist of activities as:

An Assessment Centre is a half- to one full day in length depending on the role and size of the evaluated group.
