Management Coaching
Management Coaching helps managers to find answers to problems or capitalise on opportunities by empowering them to learn through individual 121 coaching sessions. It is a process of working with individual potential, finding their inner voice and removing barriers that might be preventing them from performing optimally or making key decisions.
Every coaching session is driven by objectives articulated by the trainee and is strongly oriented on results helping us to apply changes where possible. We focus on two often underestimated areas of management coaching: unlocking potential of young managers and empowering women in leadership positions.
Focusing on individual development of these two key managerial target groups not only improves individual performance and drives team development, it also plays a major role in employee engagement and retention, increasing competitiveness of the company and leading positive change from within the organisation.
Our coaches are not only qualified in their field of expertise but they are also familiar with the corporate and organisational environment to be able to help all individuals deal with classic company dilemmas and matters of a personal nature in an ethical way.
